It is being sponsored by a group of journalists. The estate is named Clara Oshiomhole Village in honour of the wife of the Edo State Governor, Comrade Adams Oshiomhole, who died last year.
According to the Secretary of the group, Kayode Atofolaki, the residential village will, among other state-of-the-art infrastructure, hosts a Cancer Awareness Centre.
On house types, he explained that subscribers are not limited to build a prototype design, but are at liberty to build designs of their choice in consonance with development permit from the relevant government agencies in the host state guiding the scheme.
It will be recalled that the formers Edo State first lady, Mrs. Clara Oshiomhole, died December I, last year of cancer in Abuja.
